How quickly will I receive my order?
All our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. Orders are shipped UPS ground within 1-2 business days. Shipping times can vary from 1-5 business days. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of personalized products.
How much is shipping? Can I get rush shipping?
Visit our shipping information page for shipping cost. Rush shipping is available. We offer 3 day select, 2 day Air, and Next Day Air.
Is there a discount when ordering?
Yes. We offer a bulk discount on all products (books, posters, planners, workbooks, and InfoGuides). Price is determined by the total number ordered. For example, if you order 100 copies of 5 different booklets, the price would be for 500 total booklets. For more information, go to our Pricing page.

Can I use a Purchase Order? How do I pay for my order?
We do accept purchase orders and there are several ways to pay. We can bill you or you can use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).
Can I receive a sample of one of your products?
We are happy to send out free sample copies of our products to educators. To request samples, visit our sample request page.
How do I set you up as a vendor?
We are happy to fill out any forms, W-9, or vendor applications needed to set us up as a vendor.
