Personalizing Books
Order 100 or more copies of one book title and have your program, school name, mascot/ logo, etc. printed on the front covers!
Size and Placement
When we personalize a book order, we remove our logo, which is normally
in the bottom center of our book covers. This provides a 3½" H x 5"W open
space for your personalized information. Your personalized information can
be one line, or it can be as many as five lines. It can include a logo or mascot,
or it can be just text. Your personalization information does not have to be the
correct size - we will resize the information so that it fits in the space
provided. All personalization information will be printed in black.
Information to Include
Many schools include their school name, address, phone number, and/or web site
in their personalization. Some schools will also include a motto (e.g., “Where
Eagles Soar”), while others will have “Compliments of” as
the first line. Many schools will also include their mascot or logo placed
above the text information. See examples below.
Getting the Information to us
Please allow 3 weeks for a personalized order. If you need your personalized
order earlier than 3 weeks, call us at 888-285-1502.
The preferred method of getting the information to us is through our Personalization Submission Page. If your personalization is text only, you can also mail, fax, email, or phone the information to us.
If your personalization includes any artwork or stylized printing, please go to our Personalization Submission Page. You can also email or mail us a clear copy of your logo/artwork. (Faxed logos are not clear enough to use.) We accept logos in the following formats: Word, jpeg, PDF, bitmap, gif, tif, Word Perfect, EPS, PSD. The format doesn't matter as long as we receive a large, clear image.
