How quickly will I receive my order?

All our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. Orders are shipped UPS ground within 2-3 business days. Shipping times can vary from 1-5 business days. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of personalized products.

How much is shipping? Can I get rush shipping?

Can I use a Purchase Order? How do I pay for my order?

We do accept purchase orders and there are several ways to pay. You can use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), or we can bill you.

Can I receive a price quote?

Absolutely. Give us a call at 888-285-1502 or email us at info@woodburnpress.com with your quote request. You can also do a price quote online. All you need to do is add your items to your cart, view your cart, and then click the PDF Quote button below the items in your cart.

Can I receive a sample of one of your products?

We are happy to send out free sample copies of our products to educators. To request samples, visit our Sample Request page.

How do I set you up as a vendor?

We are happy to fill out a W-9 and any vendor applications needed to set us up as a vendor.
