We are in Dayton, Ohio. We are open 8 am to 6 pm EST.


What if I have a problem or question about my order?

How quickly will I receive my order?

All our products are in stock and ready to be shipped. Orders are shipped UPS ground within 1-2 business days. Shipping times can vary from 1-5 business days. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of personalized products.


How much is shipping? Can I get rush shipping?

Is there a discount when ordering?

Yes. We offer a quantity discounts on all products (books, posters, planners, workbooks, and InfoGuides). Price is determined by the total number ordered. For example, if you order 100 copies of 5 different booklets you would use, the unit price for 500 booklets.


Can I use a Purchase Order? How do I pay for my order?

We do accept purchase orders and there are several ways to pay. You can use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), or we can bill you.


Can I receive a price quote?

Absolutely. Give us a call at 888-285-1502 or email us at info@woodburnpress.com with your quote request. You can also do a price quote online. All you need to do is add your items to your cart, and view your cart, then click on the "Print Quote from Cart" link at the bottom right (above Proceed to Checkout).


Can I receive a sample of one of your products?

We are happy to send out free sample copies of our products to educators. To request samples, visit our Sample Request page.


How do I set you up as a vendor?

We are happy to fill out a W-9 and any vendor applications needed to set us up as a vendor.
